- The Self-Discovery component will teach students about the importance of self-love, esteem, confidence and respect. .
- The Emotional Well-Being component will teach theoretic and practical lessons on how our emotional state of mind ties into our mental, social and physical aspects as a human being. We incorporate anger management lessons that teach students how to recognize triggers to feelings of anger, how to re-channel anger and healthy practices to curb anger.

- The Anti-Bullying component will teach the different types of bullying, why some people bully or get bullied and conflict resolution skills. We want members to feel a personal responsibility in stopping bullying or how to help someone they know who is getting bullied, and even how to avoid getting bullied.
- The Creative Expression component will help students learn the importance and enjoyment of positive creative expression through writing, art, fashion, web design or other forms of creativity. Our objective in including this training component is to support literacy as a whole but also to show students how to focus on the power of words, which can be delivered in many ways. We tie in the value of individual social responsibility by pairing students with seniors in selected areas to listen to their experiences and then submit a report in their own creative way.
